CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - The Chillicothe City Council met in a teleconference this week. The council did final adjustments on the year's budget, as well as approving next year's budget.
City Administrator Darin Chappell told KXCV/KRNW that the city has not imposed a shelter in place order or closed most businesses.
The mayor has closed all public playgrounds, shelter houses, and restrooms. The council plans to meet again April 13.
